BROMSGROVE Sporting have signed combative midfielder Luke Rowe ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Rowe left relegated National League North side AFC Telford United at the end of the season and has opted to return to Worcestershire with the Rouslers.
The 21-year-old previously played for Sporting’s rivals Redditch United as well as Hednesford Town before making the switch to Telford.
Rowe said: “I’m absolutely buzzing to be at Sporting and to be a Rousler for the upcoming season.
“Some difficult decisions were made, however, those decisions were made much easier after meeting with the gaffer where he explained his vision and laid out his plans, not only for the forthcoming season but also his long term plans to help push the club forward.
“His football knowledge is spot on and we share the same thoughts about how I can progress in the future and also how to win games for this great club.
“I’m looking forward to meeting the lads and helping the gaffer push the club in the right direction.”
Rowe began his career in Wolverhampton Wanderers’ academy before then moving to Coventry City where he captained the under-18’s side.
Spells with Halesowen Town, Coleshill Town and Racing Club Warwick would follow before he returned to step three football with Redditch.
