BROMSGROVE Sporting have announced the signing of defender Shay Palmer.
Palmer spent last season with Midland Football League Premier Division side Highgate United who just missed out on promotion from Step Five.
The defender becomes the eighth player to join the club since Paul Smith’s return to the Victoria Ground.
Palmer said: “I’m absolutely over the moon to sign for a club of this calibre, especially with the opportunity to play under a gaffer with a record over a number of years that speaks for itself.
“This club craves success and, with the players that have been retained and the signings that have been made, the future looks bright!

Smith added: “Shay is another player that should have stepped up before now. He’s a big, strong, pacey defender and I’m looking forward to working with him.”
