BROMSGROVE Sporting Ladies travel to Coundon Court Ladies in FA Cup second round qualifying this weekend.
Sporting beat Sedgley and Gornal United Women on penalties in the previous round following a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
And the Rouslers are hoping to cause an upset when they take on West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Premier Division side Coundon this weekend.
Manager Alan Horton said: “It’s a really exciting time for Sporting Ladies, we’ve started the season in good form.
“I don’t see a reason why we can’t give a full account of ourselves and hopefully progress, it’s a tough game but this is where we need to be and competing.”
Sporting take on Coundon on Sunday, October 1 with kick-off at 2pm at Hawkes Mill Sports Club.
