BROMSGROVE Sporting have bolstered their defence with the signings of Max Asante-Boakye and Archie Duerden.
Asante-Boakye arrives from Championship side Sheffield United on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old centre-back featured on the bench for Sporting in the club’s weekend victory against Barwell.
He joined the Blades from Aston Villa in the summer and has featured regularly for Sheffield’s under-21 side.
And fellow centre-back Duerden arrives at the Victoria Ground on a permanent deal.
The 19-year-old joins from Aston Villa’s youth system after the Premier League side recently released the defender.
He signed a scholarship with Villa in July 2022 and featured predominantly for the club’s under-18 side.
