BROMSGROVE Rovers AFC will be looking to overcome Oldbury United when the two sides meet in the first round of Intermediate Cup, writes Neil Gordon.
The Greens entertain Birmingham and District Football League Division Three outfit United at their new base at Studley Sports and Social Club on Saturday, September 20.
Bromsgrove made the switch to Studley in the close season after quitting their now former home of South Bromsgrove High School, Charford Road, with the club wanting a return to playing on grass coupled to a reduction in the cost of hosting fixtures.
Rovers will also be looking for their first victory of the season against Oldbury, after an unlucky 4-3 opening day defeat to Desi FC two weeks ago.
Bromsgrove face Oldbury United at Studley Sports and Social Club, Eldorado Close on Saturday. Kick-off is 2.30pm and admission free.
