BROMSGROVE Rovers AFC secured their third straight league victory with a come-from-behind 2-1 win away at Match of the Day FC, writes Neil Gordon.
Ash Pardoe’s bullet header completed the turnaround after Ryan Moore cancelled out Sam Gillen’s opener at Studley Road.
The result means Rovers sit third in the Birmingham and District League Division Two table.
MOTD broke the deadlock on 38 minutes when Gillen pounced to open the scoring.
However, Rovers equalised in first-half injury time as Moore finished a cut-back to send the teams into the break all square.
And Pardoe turned the game on its head midway through the second half when he scored a free header from a corner on his return to the side.
Rovers survived a late scare to come away with the points after the hosts hit the top of the crossbar in injury time.
