ALVECHURCH have made pacy full-back Ammar Dyer the club’s first summer signing ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
Dyer spent last season with Church’s local rivals Bromsgrove Sporting and impressed for the Rouslers despite their 18th place finish in the Southern League Premier Central table.
And Dyer, who previously played for Leek Town following a scholarship at Port Vale, is a welcome addition to Ian Long’s side after the departure of several key players.
Dyer said: “Having experienced how the club is run, from the chairman to the management team, and the way the team plays, I see this as a great opportunity to develop as a player.
“I can’t wait to get started.”
