ALVECHURCH have signed former Manchester United youth player Connor Stanley following his departure from Stourbridge.

Stanley spent three years in United’s academy following a spell at Birmingham City at the start of his career.

He spent time on loan at Atlanta United 2 in the United States of America where he scored one goal in 27 appearances.

After joining Bolton Wanderers on a permanent deal, Stanley enjoyed loan spells with Bamber Bridge and FC United of Manchester before signing for Hereford in July 2023.

Stanley scored one goal in 11 appearances for the Bulls before completing a move to Stourbridge in December last year.

Alvechurch have also confirmed Richard Batchelor will continue in his player-assistant role next season while striker Shay Willock will also return to the club.

And young midfielder Jack Carter has signed first team forms with the club for the 2024/25 campaign.
