FOLLOWING their victory at a Tag Rugby Tournament, Year Four pupils at Finstall First School showed what they were made of when they appeared during the Aviva Premiership Play-Off final at Twickenham last month.
It has been a successful year for the team as they also won the Bromsgrove District Schools’ Year Four tournament held at Bromsgrove RFC.
Headteacher Stuart Evans said: “It was a wonderful experience for the children to play in front of so many people, at such a great stadium, especially after the World Cup final was held there last year and after England won the Grand Slam in the Six Nations.”
