MEADOW Park lifted the Worcester Nursing Junior Cup after securing a 2-0 after extra-time victory over fellow Bromsgrove League side AFC Northfield.

Nathan Broadhurst and Liam Molesworth netted the all important goals.

Bromsgrove Athletico booked their place in the final of the Division One Cup after defeating Hawthorns 3-0, thanks to an own-goal and strikes from Jay Woolridge and Aaron Graham.

Meadow Park Youth crashed out of the last four of the Bromsgrove Charity Cup after losing 2-0 to Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination side Broughsons.




Sporting Club Redditch were beaten 5-2 in the quarter-finals of the Kidderminster Hospital Junior Cup while Bromsgrove Corinthians suffered a 4-3 home defeat to Britannia United in the semi-finals of the Kidderminster Hospital Minor Cup.

Studley Lions also crashed out of the KHMC after they were edged out 3-2 by Royal Exchange.


Austin Ex Apprentices maintained their 100 per cent winning record in the Premier Division with a narrow 5-4 victory over BGIS Fairfield.

Andy Nicol (2), Shay Palmer (2) and Steve Thorn netted for Austin while Luke Ellett (2), Lewis Phillips and Brad Bullimore scored for BGIS.

There was one other game in the division where Chaddesley Corbett ran out 4-2 winners at Pilkington Sunday.

In the only Division One game David Delaney struck four times as Avenue FC thumped Sporting Grapevine 10-0.

Chris Mcgrath (2), Ethan Hanks (2), Dean Fisher and Dan Moy were also on target.

Harry Nicholls bagged a hat-trick in Hizza United’s 3-1 win at Winyates in Division Two while Awkies Allstars and Chaddesley Ravens shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.

Division Three leaders Arrow Valley notched up their tenth win of the campaign with the 6-3 defeat of Hewell Grangers, thanks to a Rob Voice treble and goals from Josh Russell, James Priddle and Dan Montgomery.

Kings Norton Sporting were the biggest winners in the division as they thrashed Chaddesley Pensioners 8-1 with the help of four goals from Chris Heath.

Jahmel Trevis bagged all the goals in Rubery Legends’ 3-0 win away to Crown Athletic while Cofton Old Boys edged past Lickey End Social 3-2.

Bromsgrove Academicals consolidated top spot in Division Four following their 8-2 victory over AFC Norton.

Nick Baker (2), Rob Hurlbutt (2), Ryan Cooper (2), Ryan Eves and Martin Bonnar with Academicals’ goals.

Anthony Hughes (4) and Matt Chance (3) got the goals in Stoke Prior’s 7-1 win away to Millfield Rovers while second-placed Catshill came from 3-0 down to beat Redditch Borough 4-3.
