BROMSGROVE Sporting have completed the signing of goalkeeper Tony Breeden, following his release from National League North side Leamington.
The goalkeeper made close to 350 appearances while at the Brakes, earning promotion from the Southern Premier League Central with the club in 2017 via the play-offs.
Speaking on his seventh signing of the summer, manager Brendan Kelly said: “When an opportunity to secure the services of Tony’s quality, experience and character arises, it’s very difficult not to take it.
“He’s been one of the best goalkeepers in non league, if not the best, for many years now and I am extremely pleased.
“He has had lots of offers as you would expect, so I’m delighted he chose us and he’s hungry to bring more success to Sporting.”
The transfer of Breeden is subject to paperwork being ratified by the league.
