BLACK Horse continued their 100 per cent start in Bromsgrove League Division One with an emphatic 7-0 victory over Hizza United.

Liam Molesworth (2), Ricardo Richards (2), Jack Wilson, Anthony Miller and Aaron Xavier got the goals as BH made it six wins out of six.

There was a surprise defeat for Austin Ex-Apprentices who fell to a 3-0 reverse to Winyates. Danny Murphy, David Phelan and Dan Blake were on target for the visitors.

Meanwhile, Tom Keogh bagged a hat-trick in Bromsgrove Athletico’s 4-1 win away at Kings Heath Albion. Louie Keen was also on the scoresheet for Athletico.




There were no games in Division Two but in Division Three Bartley Reds Sunday enjoyed a 4-2 victory over Stoke Prior thanks to goals from David Delaney (2), Brett Wilson and Lee Clarke.

AFC Norton made it two wins on the spin with a 6-2 victory over British Memorial.


An own goal after five minutes got Norton going before they fell 2-1 behind.

However, strikes from Richie Heywood, Luke Hancock, Jason Timmington, David Challenor and Scipio Cooke secured the three points for Norton.

Redditch United Sunday also tasted victory as they downed Millfield Rovers 3-1. Azhar Akhtar, Dan Smiles and Elliott Nottingham netted for United.

Studley Swan eased into the next round of the Kidderminster Hospital Minor Cup with an emphatic 12-1 victory at Wilden Village. Chris Bryant (4), Shane Hancox (3), Jamie Rooney (2), Dave Lewis, Sean Mason and Lea Styles scored the goals.

South Birmingham also progressed following their 5-2 home win over Areley Kings Colts. Rory Milbourne and Jason D’Aguilar bagged braces with Daniel Gibbs bagging the other.

Bromsgrove Corinthians are safely through to the second round of the Kidderminster Hospital Junior Cup after beating Pure Sports Foundation 3-0.

Chaddesley Ravens enjoyed a 5-1 victory over Club Inter while Bartley Green Owls crashed to a 10-0 defeat away at Royal Exchange.

Broughsons booked their place in the second round of the Bromsgrove Charity Minor Cup with an 11-1 demolition of Forties FC. Mark Wilkes led the way with four goals while Dave White (2), Billy Garvey (2), Adam Watson (2) and Carter Brough were also on target.

Chaddesley Pensioners overcame Studley Lions 5-4 on penalties after the two sides were locked at 2-2, while SO Goose bowed out of the competition in a 5-2 defeat at TDMS Harvington.

In the first round of the Centenary Cup, Rubery Legends got the better of SHTP 3-0 on penalties after a 2-2 draw, while Lickey End Social beat Quinton Athletic 4-1. Sam Wright (2), Jason Newton and Alex O’Brien netted for Lickey.

There was one game in the WA Harris Cup as Meadow Park Youth drew 3-3 with Cofton Old Boys, who prevailed 4-2 on spot-kicks.

Penalties were also needed to separate Royal Eagles and Catshill in the Rose Bowl after the two sides were locked at 4-4.

Catshill won the shoot-out 10-9.

Meanwhile, Hewell eased into the next round with a 21-0 victory over Redditch Borough Sunday.
