ANDY BLACK and Dave Lippitt won the Senior Men’s Pairs Winter League final held by Bromsgrove Golf Club.
The course was in great condition on Friday as Black and Lippitt came up against Rick Farr and Alan Crawford in ideal golfing weather.
In a close game, the match started with Farr and Crawford moving into a two hole lead after the first three.
But Black and Lippitt fought back to all square on the sixth.
The duo were then four holes up after the 12th but back came Farr and Crawford as they won the next two holes.
However, their joy was short-lived as Black and Lippitt went on to win by three and two.
