Zumbathon at Herbert's Yard in Longbridge raises £790 for Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer

A PARTY in Pink Zumbathon which took place at Herbert’s Yard Longbridge earlier this month has raised the magnificent sum of £790 for Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.

The two-hour session for the charity, which also has offices in Bromsgrove, was organised by Gemma Ronan from Zumba with Gemma.

More than 100 people signed up for the event which also featured stalls by local businesses – including Impact4Life.org.uk – and a raffle.

There was also a wellbeing stalls and a bar to keep the participants suitably refreshed.




Gemma, who teaches Zumba to children and adults, in schools, gyms and community halls in south Birmingham, said: “Thank you to Herbert’s Yard in Longbridge for their hospitality.

“All my Zumba community members for helping me and other Birmingham Instructors for getting involved too.


“I’m looking forward to more community engagement and events in the future “
