A SPECIAL pre-general election hustings with a focus on young people’s issues will take place this afternoon (Wednesday, June 26) at Artrix.
The event, between 4pm and 6pm will give young people the chance to quiz the seven candidates in Bromsgrove standing for the general election.
Artrix has kindly offered the venue for free for the event which is open to anyone – young people, families, adults, professionals and residents as long as they are willing to share, discuss and pose questions that are of relevance to young people living in Bromsgrove.
Questions can be emailed to [email protected] or people can ask them at the live event.
Organiser Claire Pennell from the Basement Project said: “We are so grateful to the Artrix for offering a space pro bono and we encourage young people and residents to use their voice, come to the hustings, question the candidates on important YP issues and of course vote on July 4.”
