A WOMAN was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Longbridge yesterday evening (Thursday).
The incident happened in Longbridge Lane, near Longbridge Railway Station, around 5.36pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent one ambulance to the scene.
On arrival, they found the woman who had suffered potentially serious injuries.
She was taken to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
