Woman arrested after cyclist killed in horror Alvechurch crash

A CYCLIST was killed in a horror crash on the A441 in Alvechurch this morning.

The serious collision happened at 8am and involved a car and two bicycles.

One of the cyclists, a man in his 20s, was seriously injured and taken to hospital.

The other, a man in his 40s, died at the scene.

A woman in her 20s from Redditch has been arrested and is assisting officers with their investigation.

The collision resulted in the closure of the A441 for several hours.
