A WARNING has gone out to foreign motorists living and working in the UK if they want to drive on British roads.
It follows a vehicle being seized at Hopwood Services for having no road tax or MoT.
The Romanian driver had registered it their own country, thinking they were able to use it legally in the UK.
The vehicle was seized by officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit (OPU).
They urged other foreign drivers to be aware.
“The owner will now need to tax and mot it in order to reclaim it.
“And pay the recovery fee too,” added the officers.
