THE DRIVER of this van was forbidden from using it as it was so unroadworthy and then police found he was wanted for theft.
The vehicle was stopped at Frankley Services on the M5 by officers feom Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit.
An inspection revealed two large bulges in a back tyre and a windscreen wiper missing, so it was prohibited.
The driver was also wanted for theft offences so he was arrested.
