VOTING is now open for the Bromsgrove’s inaugural Small Business Awards as the shortlisted finalists have been announced.
Bromsgrove MP Bradley Thomas has organised the awards to celebrate the contributions that small businesses make to the local economy and community.
During the month of October, businesses across the constituency put themselves forward for public vote, with 100 nominations now received.
Residents can vote for their winners until Friday, November 29. Each residents can vote once and voters must live in the constituency.
The winners of Mr Thomas’ inaugural awards will be revealed ahead of Small Business Saturday on December 7.
Bradley said: “Small businesses aren’t just the backbone of our economy, they’re also at the heart of their communities.
“It’s my intention as the local MP to champion our small businesses, and as part of that work I have launched my inaugural Small Business Awards.
“I’m encouraging residents to vote for their favourite small business.
“Best of luck to all the businesses taking part.”
