A MOTORIST in Bromsgrove failed to stop and drove off from police before ramming a patrol car during a pursuit.
The driver made off at speed, driving dangerously and putting members of the public at risk.
During the pursuit, the vehicle rammed into the pursuing police car, causing damage and further escalating the danger.
The suspect vehicle was located a short time later just outside the West Mercia Police force area and was recovered for forensic testing as part of the ongoing investigation.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “We remain committed to tackling dangerous driving and will continue to take robust action against those who choose to disregard the law and endanger our community.”
