THE DRIVER of this Peugeot was caught for driving without insurance and being in possession of cannabis.
The car was stopped in the early hours of this morning in Wythall.
Officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit seized the vehicle and have reported the driver for the offences committed.
