THIS van – stolen from Bromsgrove on Friday – has been recovered in Rubery.
Eagle-eyed officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit spotted the vehicle in the village yesterday morning.
They swooped in to arrest the driver and seize back the tools.
The van and tools will now be returned to the owner.
