AN URGENT appeal has been launched to find a man who has been missing since Monday and police are concerned for his welfare.
Mark Tylar, aged 52, was last seen in Bromsgrove around 11am on Monday when he was wearing a black Wrangler high collared waterproof coat, black combat trousers and black Skechers trainers.
It is believed he may have caught the train from Bromsgrove to Birmingham New Street and may still be in Birmingham City Centre.
Anyone who has seen Mark or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 999
