A WOMAN had a lucky escape when he car ended up on its side after a crash in Northfield at 8.04am this morning.
Shenley Hill was shut from its junctions with Fourlands Road and Shenley Lane for several hours while the emergency services dealt with the scene.
Firefighters helped get the woman out of the vehicle.
She was then checked over by paramedics before being discharged at the scene.
