WEST MERCIA Police are using undercover officers to patrol areas of Cofton Hackett in a bid to catch criminals in the act.
The action has been taken by the Hagley and Rubery Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) following a number of burglaries and vehicle crime in Cofton Hackett.
The SNT said it sent out a warning to those up to no good.
Anyone with any information on crime in Cofton Hackett or other areas in the Hagley and Rubery SNT area should call police on 101.
