Two taxi drivers assaulted in Bromsgrove within minutes

TWO TAXI drivers were attacked in Bromsgrove within minutes of each other.

The first happened around 3.15am last Sunday (September 19) on Worcester Road.

Shortly after another taxi driver was assaulted on Market Street.

Police believe both attacks were carried out by the same man.




He was white, aged in his mid 30s, of average height and build with a bald head and short dark beard.

He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.


Investigating officer PC Josh Cashmore said: “We are asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time of these incidents to please get in touch.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area and may have captured the incidents on dash cam.”
