TWO men have been spotted trying to use a fake Scottish £50 note in a Bromsgrove shop.

At 11.45am on Friday 22 March, two unknown men entered a business on Brickhouse Lane, Stoke Prior, and attempted to buy goods worth less than £5, offering the counterfeit note as payment.

Suspicious staff refused the payment, prompting the two males to leave the area in an ‘X-trail vehicle’.
