PEOPLE in Hagley are being warned to be vigilant after two men wearing balaclavas were looking in the windows of a house and car in the early hours of this morning.
It happened at 2.30am at the property in Newfield Road.
A white or silver three-door Ford Fiesta was seen in the area at the time.
