A ROAD in Majors Green is closed after a car smashed into a house.
The collision, involving the Audi car in the early hours of this morning, led to the two-storey house sustaining serious damage on both floors and a fire.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Redditch and Droitwich, attended, along with a crew from West Midlands Fire Service.
Miraculously no-one was injured.
A section of Peterbrook Road and Truemans Heath Lane is now shut.
West Mercia Police officers also attended.
Drivers are being urged to find alternative routes until further notice.
