TRAVEL ALERT - Lane in Bromsgrove obstructed by fallen tree

Bromsgrove Editorial 24th Jan, 2024   0

A LANE on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre is currently impassable due to a fallen tree.

Independent update service, Traffic Bromsgrove reported the obstruction on Monsieurs Hall Lane earlier today (Wednesday, January 24).

Recent strong wings caused by Storm Jocelyn are the likely culprit of the fallen tree.

Other fallen trees have been reported on Wharf Lane, Tardebigge and Dusthouse Lane near Walnut Lane, Finstall.

Yesterday, a tree had also fallen on Dobes Lane, Chaddesley Corbett. Severn Trent works are also taking place on this lane which may cause disruption.

Motorists are advised to avoid Monsieurs Hall Lane all together and proceed with caution if travelling along the other affected roads. Find alternative routes if possible.
