A ONE WAY CLOSURE came into affect on Regents Park Road in Bromsgrove this week so that A38 BREP Scheme works can be undertaken, writes Neil Gordon.
The part-closure commenced on Monday (July 21) and will last until October, with vehicular access currently not permitted to Regents Park Road in an easterly direction from Oakalls Island.
New cycle paths will be installed during the works, along with footpath, drainage, street lighting and kerbing works.
Additionally, the 318 bus service to Stourbridge operated by Kev’s Cars and Coaches is being diverted along Finstall Road to Regents Park Road from Bromsgrove train station, away from its timetabled route of New Road and the A38.
