BROMSGROVE’s Chandler Court care home on Recreation Road will spread some festive cheer when it holds its annual Christmas Fair between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday, December 1.
The event will feature stalls selling a variety of items, including calendars and creations made by Age UK’s Men In Sheds, homemade cards, wreaths, gifts and decorations and home-made cakes, biscuits, puddings and chutneys.
There will also be ‘pin the tail on the reindeer’, a lucky dip, a colouring competition, mince pies and mulled wine.
The home’s manager Joanne Gill said: “Christmas has officially arrived here and we are thrilled to be able to bring everyone together for a festive afternoon.
“The local community is a huge part of life here and the relationships we have are extremely important to us.”
