Tickets go on sale for this year's Sanders Park bonfire and fireworks

THE AIR will be filled with colour at Sanders Park next Saturday, November 2, when the annual bonfire and fireworks event takes place.

There will be a funfair and live music from Skabucks, Titans of Rock, and Kezza Belle in a show hosted by BBC Hereford and Worcester’s Malcolm Boyden.

The theme for the firework display will be ‘to the moon and back’ to celebrate this year’s 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

Bromsgrove District Council is hosting the event in partnership with Primrose Hospice which receives a portion of the ticket sales.

“It’s one of the most popular events of the year.”

Emma Williams, Primrose Hospice Fund-raising Manager, said: “We always look forward to the Bonfire and Fireworks Spectacular in Sanders Park as it is a great evening for all the family.

“The theme this year is ‘to the moon and back’ and we are over the moon Bromsgrove District Council has once again chosen to support the town’s local hospice.
