THREE people were taken to hospital after a crash in Rednal last night.
The emergency services were called to the crash around 9.50pm on the stretch of the A38 Bristol Road South in between Morrisons and McDonald’s, Longbridge.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances and a MERIT trauma team attended.
The driver, a woman, along with a girl in the same car were assessed and received treatment for potentially serious injuries. They were then taken to the Worcetershire Royal Hospital for further checks.
The driver of the second car, a woman, also received treatment at the scene before being taken to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
