THREE fire crews battled a house fire in Dodford last night.
It broke out in the roof space of the house around 8.50pm in Victoria Road.
Fortunately everyone got out and there were no casualties.
Three crews – two from Bromsgrove and one from Redditch – attended and used a triple-extension ladder to gain access.
A thermal imaging camera was used afterwards to ensure there were no hot spots which could lead to it reigniting.
It was also reinspected at 4am before the crews left the scene.
Police and the ambulance service also attended.
