Cast member – 15-year-old Archie Marks – has written the preview below –
Once upon a time, in the town of Bromsgrove, six cast members and a director came together to produce an enchanting adaptation of five family favourite fairytales from the Brothers Grimm, including the classics like Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood and Hansel & Gretel.
Despite dastardly obstacles of self-isolation, social distancing and online rehearsals, the cast – who play a total of 30 parts between the six of them – still pulled together to make this one epic production. The script was written and music composed in house, making this a truly original retelling.
The cast and crew are all excited to return to the magical world of performing with this play.
