A BROMSGROVE watering hole has been named among the best and quirkiest dog-friendly pubs in the UK.
The Barnt Green Inn was thrown into the list by Eat Drink Meet, a new website which helps users discover nearby pubs, bars, and restaurants using unique filtering options.
Nestled on the cusp of the Lickey Hills, The Barnt Green Inn has been labelled an ‘extremely pet-friendly’ venue surrounded by extensive country walks. It’s wide open beer garden provides the space for walkers and their pets to refuel and rehydrate after a long walk.
Over 30 per cent of UK households own at least one dog, meaning finding a nice place for you and your pooch to eat and drink is becoming more and more important.
Alongside The Barnt Green Inn, a total of eight other pubs made the list for their accommodation of furry friends.
The list includes venues in Liverpool, London, Staffordshire, Caerphilly, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds and Wilmslow.
