THIS has been an unprecedented and extremely challenging year.
Our frontline workers, including the fantastic doctors and nurses of our NHS have taken care of us – and the community response in Bromsgrove District has been inspiring.
The news of the vaccine is certainly welcome, and it was brilliant to see the first vaccinations in Worcestershire take place.
It is a big moment in our fight against Covid-19 and one that brings hope of a brighter future in 2021.
Of course, we must all continue to remain vigilant and keep following the Covid-19 guidance.
We have made progress in recent weeks to suppress the virus, so let’s keep at it and keep our community safe.
Christmas is a special time of year, and I know so many of my constituents will be spending much-needed time with their families.
I would like to wish everyone a safe and merry Christmas, and a happy new year.
