TRIVIA whizzes can test their knowledge at a virtual quiz to raise funds for Bromsgrove’s Blood Cancer UK.
It takes place at 8pm next Friday, October 2, via Zoom.
Individuals or teams (in households) of two to six people are welcome with a £5 donation per person suggested.
Answers will be given so people can see how they do, although there will be no official marking, winners or losers.
Nicole Harris from Bromsgrove Blood Cancer UK said: “You can still have a few drinks and make an evening of it.”
So far 40 people have registered and Nicole hopes more will join them.
The pandemic has led to the cancellation of the charity’s fund-raising events which usually yield £55k-per-year.
Many people due to do the fun run have organised their own virtual events, raising £6,000.
Blood Cancer UK had to stop some of the vital research and make people redundant.
