THE ARTS Council funded project aimed at exploring and addressing the barriers which exist in accessing the arts in Bromsgrove has launched an action plan as part of its activities, writes Sophie Nixon.
‘Tell me what you want’ is dedicated to eliminating any limits people have to accessing the arts, culture and heritage of the town in the Bromsgrove wider district.
Bromsgrove residents and members of arts and heritage organisations or anyone who has come into contact with the project during the last year are invited to go to one of two open sessions to taking place on either Wednesday, August 14, at 7pm or on Sunday, September 15, at 2pm.
During the sessions, there will be an examination of the initial findings of the surveys previously carried out regarding to the arts, culture and heritage in the district.
Bob Bignell from the consortium said: “It is felt it right the people who are impacted by this plan should play a part in its evolution and finalisation.”
In order to anticipate numbers, those attending to go should register at beatfreeks.com/bromsgrove or call 0121 794 0207.
