TWO teenage riders were arrested and police recovered two stolen mopeds in Hagley.
It happened in the early hours of yesterday morning (Friday).
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit took the pair – who were both 17 and ‘well-known to the police’ – into custody.
