THE Taste Worcestershire Producer and Buyer Event returns for its second year, celebrating the county’s thriving food and drink sector and connecting local producers with supermarkets, hospitality, retail, accommodation, and farm shop buyers.
Delivered by Visit Worcestershire and Worcestershire County Council, the event will take place on May 12 at the Bank House Hotel and Spa.
The event aims to strengthen local supply chains and encourage venues to source nearby, supporting sustainable business practices while showcasing the quality of Worcestershire-made produce.
Attendees can sample local products, meet suppliers face-to-face, and discover the latest offerings from across the county.
Councillor Alan Amos, cabinet member with responsibility for business and skills at Worcestershire County Council, said:“Worcestershire is a top region for food and drink in the UK, and this event makes it easier than ever for businesses to source locally.
“It’s a chance to connect producers with buyers, celebrate the county’s outstanding products, and support sustainable, homegrown businesses.”
