SNOOKER players in Bromsgrove can have themselves a ‘Whirlwind’ of an evening when Jimmy White comes to Lickey End Social Club to give people the chance to take him on.
Players can get their big break on December 5 with tickets priced at £40 to go along and £60 for a match with him.
Jimmy – known on the circuit as ‘The Whirlwind’ because of his quick attacking style of play – has reached six World Snooker Championship finals during his career but finished runner-up on each occasion.
