REDNAL charity Headway Birmingham and Solihull had a spooktacular time last Sunday at its Halloween Fun Run at Cofton Park, which raised over £500 towards its local brain injury services.
The event saw skeletons, vampires and ghouls braving the weather to run through the park.
Prizes were handed out to the first male and female finishers, George Astbury and Kathryn Powell, as well as the under 12s winner Joshua Ballintine.
Rubery businesses donated the raffle prizes for the fun run and volunteers came out in full force.
Headway Birmingham and Solihull support people who have suffered brain injuries, offering activities that aim to help with recovery and social rehabilitation.
Communications & Fundraising Manager Julie Wedgbury said: “Congratulations to the winners and big thanks to those who went to such an effort to dress up.
“There were some amazing Halloween-themed outfits, and this really added to the success of the day.”
