A SPECIAL service for those who have experienced the loss of a baby will take place at Bromsgrove’s St John’s Church between 6pm and 7pm this Sunday, October 9.
The event is being held as part of the annual Pregnancy and Infant Loss Memorial Day and provides a helpful and comforting space for people to reflect and remember their little lost loved ones.
There will be music, reflection and prayer to remember and there is an opportunity for attendees to place the name of their loved one on a memory tree and light a candle.
Rev Ray Khan said everyone was welcome.
“This is a lovely, gentle event, which I know has brought great comfort to families.
“It has been created for those with faith and those with no faith, just come as you are.”
