Spate of vehicle thefts in Bromsgrove district prompts police appeal

A SPATE of vehicle thefts in the Bromsgrove district has prompted a string of police appeals for information.

Both thefts, one of which was in Rubery and the other in Alvechurch, are believed to have happened overnight between Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday, August 15.

In Rubery, a Ford Transit with the partial registration RJ12, was stolen without keys from outside a home on Graham Crescent.

In Alvechurch, a blue Ford Fiesta Zetec with the partial registration CP16, was stolen without keys from outside a home on Bear Hill.

This incident occurred between the hours of 10.30pm (August 14) and 5.40am (August 15).

West Mercia Police are urging anyone with information regarding the thefts to visit www.westmercia.police.uk to report online.
