A MOTORIST is facing six penalty points and a £300 fine after being caught driving without insurance at Frankley Services.
The driver bought the Citroen Picasso on Monday but had decided not to insure it.
The vehicle was seized by officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit who also reported the motorist for the offence.
They warned other drivers to make sure they insure vehicles when they buy them so they are legally allowed on the road from when they take over ownership.
