SIDEMOOR First School looks set to make cuts over the coming months after sending letters to staff asking for voluntary redundancies.
After being contacted by the Standard the school said it was committed to ‘ongoing sustainable improvements’ on site.
A spokesperson said: “We have written to staff to inform them about possible reductions in the number of staff employed at the school.
“We are keen to avoid the need for compulsory redundancy.
“We are meeting with staff to discuss alternative options before any decision is made.”
