SERVICES between Birmingham New Street and Bromsgrove and Redditch are now back to normal.
Earlier a broken down train meant all services on the Cross City Line to Bromsgrove and Redditch are cancelled.
The freight train broke down between Kings Norton and Northfield at 4.35pm preventing the trains from getting through.
Replacement bus services operated from Bromsgrove and Redditch to Northfield and passengers could then use their rail tickets on National Express West Midlands buses from there.
Services returned to normal after 7pm, once the broken down train was cleared.
